Team Manager – Sales, Marketing & Customer Success

Role Summary:
You’ll lead the entire team—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your job is to coordinate all daily work, make sure everyone meets their goals, and keep communication flowing between the team and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all team operations (sales, marketing, customer success)
Assign tasks, set weekly goals, and track progress
Lead team check-ins and give feedback
Prepare weekly reports for leadership
Help train new hires and build internal processes
Step in to assist on high-priority tasks when needed
Adjust team schedules to match time zones of target market
Keep the team organized and focused
Requirements:
2+ years managing a small team or leading operations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning and organizational ability
Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Zoom, spreadsheets, and project boards
Self-driven, reliable, and detail-focused
