Sales Team Manager - Customer Acquisition

Role Summary
You will lead the sales team to bring new faith communities onto Churchible. Your job is to train and guide the team to book sales calls, run demos, and close new customers. You’ll manage day-to-day outreach, track leads, and make sure the team hits monthly MRR goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales team in reaching monthly subscription targets for Churchible’s plans.
Build and maintain a clear outbound process for DMs, emails, and cold calls.
Assign daily and weekly lead targets to team members.
Review sales conversations and provide coaching for better close rates.
Prepare weekly sales performance reports for leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing Team Manager to make sure leads generated by marketing are followed up.
Step in to personally handle high-priority leads or assist with sales calls as needed.
Help recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps.
Keep sales materials (scripts, email templates, call frameworks) updated and effective.
Requirements
2+ years in a sales leadership or team lead role.
Experience with outbound sales or lead generation.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, ClickUp, and CRM platforms.
Self-motivated, reliable, and focused on results.
KPIs You’ll Own
Number of qualified leads contacted per day/week.
Number of booked calls and demos.
Sales conversion rate.
Monthly MRR growth from new customers.
Compensation
₦100,000 – ₦130,000 monthly salary base pay + sales commission up to ₦150,000
Performance bonuses based on team hitting sales targets.
