Customer Success Team Member – Onboarding & Support
Location: Aba, Nigeria
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Team Manager
Role Summary:
You’ll help customers get started, stay engaged, and get value from the product. You’ll handle onboarding, check-ins, and basic support.
Responsibilities:
Welcome new users and walk them through the setup process
Book and host onboarding sessions via Zoom or call
Follow up with inactive users and offer help
Answer questions via email or chat (using saved replies and guides)
Track support requests and document user feedback
Help create basic help docs or video tutorials if needed
Requirements:
Strong English communication (especially writing)
Patience and problem-solving mindset
Good at following instructions and explaining simple steps
Friendly and professional in tone
Experience in support, tech, virtual assistance, or onboarding is helpful
